Our team grows bigger once again. We welcomed new colleagues to the TRM and FI teams. From August to October we hired five new employees. Their CVs are available on our website in the "About us" section.   

We have successfully finished another milestone in the project of migration of the SAP Treasury module for the KBC Asset Management Group - the development of the project phase 1. We are currently training new key-users and beginning with the acceptance testing of solution for the TRM and FI.   

We agreed on an SAP implementation support with the Czech and Slovak subsidiary of a large Swiss transnational chemical company.  

Four of our TRM consultants contributed to a successfully managed go-live of an implementation project of several SAP modules for a transnational London-based company working in the field of energy generation and delivery.  

After Feasibility study on migration of SAP Treasury module has been approved, we concluded a contract for upgrade of SAP System in Czech Republic for KBC Asset Management Group on functionality of Slovak funds. Subsequently we successfully delivered Business blueprint document. Expected Go-live of the project is planned for 01.01.2013.  

We have finalised a contract on implementation of the SAP Treasury and FI modules related to the reform of pension scheme in the Czech Republic. Expected go-live of the project is in January 2013.  

Beginning of cooperation with SunGard in a complex Treasury and Risk management implementation for an end-client in UAE. Our responsibility will be Exposure management in areas of commodities and foreign currencies and overall system integration.   

Go-Live of system adjustment of our solution for two pension funds management companies in Slovakia in order to accommodate the latest changes in legislation.   

We have successfully delivered SAP Treasury solution for a financial holding company active in Central and Eastern Europe.   

In 9 months we have managed to build complex and integrated solution for one of the biggest Asset management companies in Czech Republic. Project was delivered on time and on budget thanks to high engagement of the customer’s as well as of our team. We are looking forward to further cooperation with our new client.  

Our team became broader. During the period of October 2011 to January 2012 we hired 5 new employees on various positions. We are growing slowly, but steadily.   

Signing of service contract for an indefinite period with factoring company located in Warsaw.  

The SAP implementation project for a Polish financial company with its seat in Warsaw has been successfully delivered and despite the complicated start the system is routinely used.  

The key project of the IS replacement for a Czech banking group in Prague runs as planned and we have started a parallel run of the system.   

We moved into the new larger and "greener" modern spaces. We still reside in the TOWER 115 building on the 12th floor.  

The ZC provided its expertise to the African Development Bank in Tunisia and performed improvements on their system.  

We took part in the SAP International Treasury Management Conference 2011 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our partners will be familiarized with new products from the world of Treasury in the SAP system soon.   

After the successful implementation of the SAP accounting management software for a pension fund management company (DSS) in Slovakia we have started to provide service and support of further SAP system development for our newly acquired client.   

Extension of the cooperation with our partner, which is an Italian power company, on the OKG5 project. The goal of the project for our Italian partner is to implement the SAP Treasury module in the OKG5 project in Moscow.   

The ZC has started to cooperate with an IT company acting in the Middle East on a project for an important end-client in Dubai, UAE.   

Finalization of project realisation for a Slovak production plant. Our company was securing the roll-out of a Spanish solution for MM (storehouse and invoice settlement) and SD modules to Slovakia.   

Our organisation participated in the SAP World Tour 2011 arranged by the SAP Slovakia. We took an advantage of this extraordinarily well arranged conference to present our services at one of the workshops.   

We have started to prepare a project of the migration of solution for the mutual fund management to the environment of a Slovak bank. A part of the solution is also an implementation of the SAP accounting management software for a pension fund management company (DSS) in Slovakia.  

First part of the solution for a banking group, acting in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia, within a project of the SAP Reimplementation. The Delivery has run on time and moved us a bit closer to our target: complete replacement of the system for management of mutual funds, cost accounting and reporting.   

The ZC has started a project of an SAP implementation for a Polish financial company with its seat in Warsaw. This project is a continuation of a successful cooperation with an Austrian parent company in Wien.   

Our company is being registered as a service permanent establishment in Czech Republic with its first employee in Czech Republic.   

Acceptation of the finishing concept of the SAP Reimplementation for a banking group, acting in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia, with its seat in Prague on schedule means an important milepost within the whole project.   

Successful finalization of project realisation for a Slovak insurance company securing a connection of the IS SAP Treasury and the IS SAP Cost Accounting.   

We have started a cooperation with an international consulting company in form of delivery of consultation and implementation services for a Swiss end-client in Zurich.  

Extension of cooperation within a banking group. The ZC has started to deliver a system of financial investment management on the basis of the SAP Treasury and Risk Management for an insurance company which is a part of well-known banking group.   

Signing of an important contract for the IS SAP reimplementation with our clients, that are members of a banking group with its seat in Prague, Czech Republic. Our company succeeded in a tender and became a partner in a project of complete replacement of an existing solution for mutual fund management. Simultaneously with the start of new solution implementation  

Start of cooperation with a computer company in Belgrade, Serbia. The ZC will provide in cooperation with our partner services of application support of the SAP system for the Serbian Ministry of Finance.   

We are back in Moscow. Our long term cooperation with Enel brought us to Moscow, where we are involved in final stages of rollout of global SAP based solution.  

Solutions on the SAP basis are not just provided for our partners. We also use SAP as an ERP system in our company.  

The pilot solution rollout of NBS reporting at ČSOB DSS, Inc. is running.   

The delivery of probably the first complex solution of limits management in IS SAP for the companies of the collective investment in Czech Republic and Slovakia is now in progress. Upgrade completion of the complex management system by the asset management fund and the DSS fund in ČSOB Asset management, Inc. and ČSOB DSS, Inc. to the version ERP 2005 ECC 604. The upgrade was a great challenge because it ran during the full operation of the system. Despite of the upgrade complexity it meant so called system down-time only approximately  

VUB Generali d.s.s., Inc. has started using the first part of legislative reports for the NBS, full-automatically made from the SAP system. Our colleagues have been working really hard during the reporting tests and it is their cooperation that helped to create a universal solution. Successful evaluation of the conclusions of the feasibility study led to the signing of the cooperation agreement with our partner Logica Czech Republic, Ltd. Object of the agreement is the complete service and support of SAP for the client ČSOB Investiční společnost, Inc. for an indefinite period.  

The realisation of the feasibility study about the possibilities of IS SAP implementation in ČSOB Investiční společnost, Inc., the member of The ČSOB group, ran in cooperation with the partner Logica Czech Republic, Ltd. The aim of the study was detailed analysis and characterisation of the existing information system for fund management

Successful cooperation on the development and modifications of IS SAP settings for VÚB Generali d.s.s., Inc. led to the signing of the service agreement. Our company ensures application support of the IS SAP productive operation – service and further development of the system.   

The beginning of the "IS SAP development and settings modification project" in VÚB Generali d.s.s., Inc. The aim of the project is to implement settings for Treasury and Risk Management modules, Financial accounting and Asset accounting.  

The beginning of the SAP system implementation for unit trusts accounting in ČP INVEST investiční společnost, Inc. in Prague. The aim of the project is the SAP Treasury module implementation for the system support of the unit trusts of ČP Invest.  

The beginning of the cooperation on OKG5 project for ENEL servizi, r.r., Italy. The aim of the project for ENEL company in Italia is the SAP Treasury module implementation in OKG5 project in Moscow.   

Significant phase of the project "Implementation of IS SAP Treasury" for ČP INVEST Investment Company Inc. was completed by acceptance of the Target Concept according to the timetable.  

Long-term partnership with companies ČSOB Asset Management, správ. spol., Inc. and ČSOB d.s.s., Inc. was shifted to a higher level by signing the Support Contract. We will work on developing the solutions for administration of pension funds and mutual funds together.  

Delivery of general training on SAP system options in the FI and TRM modules for VUB Generali d.s.s., Inc. (pension fund).Traning was successfuly implemented, with the emphasis on the presentation directly at the client system.  

Successful completion of the project "Eurochangeover of SAP Systems" for Solac Slovakia, KOOPERATIVA insurance company, Inc. Vienna Insurance Group, Slovak Telekom, Inc., Slovenské elektrárne, Inc.Eurochangeover contained preparation of the system to the changeover, technical changeover and basic test of the system.  

Launching of the project "Implementation of IS SAP Treasury“ for ČP INVEST Investment Company Inc. in Prague.The main objective of the project is to implement a comprehensive information system on SAP basis covering all important processes of administration of mutual funds.
